Platform terms and conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before using the DiscovrX platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the DiscovrX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform access

DiscovrX grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for legitimate business procurement purposes. You must not use the platform in any way that is unlawful, harmful or disruptive.

3. Buyer responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of information provided in AI assessments. Assessment data should reflect genuine procurement needs. DiscovrX is not responsible for procurement decisions made on the basis of assessment results.

4. Supplier responsibilities

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy and currency of all information submitted to the platform, including accreditation responses, case studies and compliance documentation. Submitting false or misleading information may result in removal from the platform.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, supplier evaluation logic and platform materials are the intellectual property of DiscovrX Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use platform content without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

DiscovrX provides supplier evaluation and market intelligence as a procurement aid, not as a guarantee or recommendation. DiscovrX Ltd is not liable for procurement decisions, contractual arrangements or implementation outcomes resulting from platform use.

7. Changes to the platform

DiscovrX reserves the right to update, modify or withdraw features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from platform use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
