What data we collect

DiscovrX collects information that users provide directly when creating an account, completing an AI assessment, registering for an event or submitting a supplier profile. This includes names, email addresses, company information, job titles and platform activity.

How we use your data

Buyer data is used to support supplier evaluation and to provide platform functionality. Supplier data is used to create and manage supplier profiles, support accreditation review and appear in buyer assessment results. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Lawful basis for processing

DiscovrX processes personal data on the basis of contract performance (to deliver the platform's services), legitimate interest (to improve evaluation accuracy and platform quality) and, where applicable, user consent for communications.

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as it is needed to provide the platform's services or as required by applicable legal obligations. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting hello@discovrx.com.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, individuals have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict their personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact hello@discovrx.com.
