Our Approach

How We Handle Buyer Information

When a buyer completes an AI assessment on DiscovrX, the information provided, including use case, budget, timeline and compliance requirements, is used solely to support supplier evaluation and potential-fit assessment. This information is not shared with suppliers without explicit consent, and is not used for marketing or third-party purposes.

Supplier Profile Data

Supplier profile information, including company details, accreditation answers and supporting documents, is stored securely and accessible only to the supplier and authorised DiscovrX administrators. Supplier documents submitted for accreditation review are handled with appropriate care and not distributed externally.

Access Control

DiscovrX is built with role-based access control, ensuring that buyers, suppliers and administrators can only access the information and functionality relevant to their role. Authentication is required for all personal data, dashboard access and submission workflows.

Supplier Evidence Standards

Supporting documentation submitted by suppliers as part of accreditation, including compliance certificates, case studies and integration evidence, is reviewed in line with our evidence standards. Suppliers are encouraged to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to notify DiscovrX of any changes to their compliance or certification status.

Responsible Information Use

DiscovrX does not sell buyer or supplier data. Platform data is used to improve evaluation accuracy, generate aggregate market insights and develop the platform's features. Any analytics or reporting derived from platform data is handled in aggregate and does not identify individual buyers or suppliers without consent.

Future Security Roadmap

As the platform scales, we are committed to pursuing formal security certifications as part of our product roadmap. We will publish updates on our approach to information security as these become available.
