Accessibility
Usable, readable and accessible.
DiscovrX aims to make the platform usable, readable and accessible for business users across devices, abilities and working contexts.

Our Approach
Readable content
DiscovrX aims to use clear, plain-language copy throughout the platform. Technical terms are explained in context and complex procurement language is avoided in buyer-facing journeys.
Responsive design
The platform is designed to work across desktop, tablet and mobile devices, ensuring business users can access assessments, supplier evaluation and dashboards from any device.
Keyboard navigation
Core platform functionality, including assessments, supplier evaluation and dashboards, can be accessed using a keyboard.
Colour contrast
DiscovrX uses high-contrast colour combinations across its interface to support readability for users with visual impairments. Status indicators use both colour and text labels.
Screen reader support
We aim to use semantic HTML, appropriate ARIA labels and meaningful link text throughout the platform to support screen reader users.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is a continuous process, not a one-time checklist. We welcome feedback from users who encounter barriers and are committed to addressing accessibility issues as they are identified.
