Non-binding status

This Expression of Interest is not a contract, purchase order, guarantee of platform availability, listing, buyer introductions or commitment to pay. It creates no exclusivity, minimum usage, financial liability or obligation to proceed. Selecting an indicative price, licence or success-fee option is separate from stating readiness to enter a supplier agreement. Any accreditation, subscription, pilot, data licence, qualified introduction or success fee will be subject to separate due diligence, approval and written commercial terms.
